Construction...
After years of being involved in the home design field, I have to say, starting from the ground up, from nothing, is the most rewarding project. To aid in the beginning stages of a project saves cost in the end because you are able to work with the contractor with the lighting design, the woodwork, the fixtures, some of the initial finishes... I love checking the daily progress of a project too. Studs, sheet rock, walls, paint!!! Start to finish.

Before and After
Sometimes before and afters are the most impressive way to prove your abilities as a designer. Often it's difficult for a client to imagine the beginning to the end like a designer can, so images like the following aid in that process.

Custom work...
This is a custom dining table, 11 feet in length and 52" wide. The legs have "Cartier" screw detail. It's one solid piece of walnut. It's a stunning piece.

Vintage/Rustic/Modern
I love mixing styles. Sometimes, I'll find one piece, whether it be art, a vase, a book, a tray...and I can work and entire space around it. It just starts to fall into place! When I'm working on my own home, I question myself on every detail, especially when mixing styles. When I'm designing for a client, I'm very confident in my selections. You would think it would be the opposite!!! I love these most recent photos taken, in my own space.
